This document explains how the three main Credit Reference Agencies — TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian (referred to in this document as “credit reference agencies” or “CRAs”) — collect, use, and share personal and financial data, also known as “bureau data.” This information includes details from your credit history, credit applications, and borrowing activity. It may relate to you and/or your business and is obtained, derived, or used as part of credit reporting, credit scoring, and other credit-related activities, in line with UK data protection and privacy regulations.
